It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient or pharmacist-patient relationship. It is not a substitute for the judgment of your physician, pharmacist or other qualified professional.
The app checks only the substances and rules it contains. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation. The absence of a warning does not mean a combination or amount is safe. Do not start, stop or change any prescribed medicine, or ignore professional advice, because of anything in the app. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for decisions you make about your health. Check amounts and ingredients against product labels and your prescriber's instructions.
Supplement ideas show how strong the published evidence is and the amounts used in studies. They are not recommendations to take anything and are not tailored medical advice. Many supplements are not approved by regulators for treating any condition.
Stackwise is free to download. A one-time in-app purchase (US$9.99 in the US; local prices vary) unlocks additional notes, the full what-if analysis, research ideas and unlimited supplements on the account that bought it. Critical and major warnings are always included in the free version. The purchase is processed by Apple or Google, is not a subscription, and refunds are handled under the store's policy. You can restore it on another device signed in to the same store account.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the app store's terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its rule data.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveLink LLC and its owners and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update the app, its rules and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are between you and DriveLink LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and are not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
